The Documents, which have been sent by the Trading Partners for the Customers, are considered as Incoming Documents.

What are - Outgoing Documents?

The Documents, which have been sent by the Customers for the Trading Partners, are considered as Outgoing Documents.

What are - the documents with errors?

The Documents are considered to be documents with errors, if

· they fail to the pass the EDI Compliance Test,

· either the Sender or Receiver ID are missing or unknown, or

· Deviate from the standard and mutually accepted format.
