Customer ID
Your customer
id is eight characters long! It is the first eight alphabets
of you company name.
The customer id may be only composed of letters. The customer id cannot contain numbers, periods, dashes (-), and underscores (_), but no other characters (especially spaces).
Password
Your Password is consists of eight characters long! A
Password starts and ends with an alphabet in upper case and the other six
characters are numerical digits.
The password cannot contain periods, dashes (-), and underscores (_), but no other characters (especially spaces).
Hint
If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not
working for some reason, a hint is the question and answer you chose that you
could request whenever you forget your password. You can receive your password
by email by answering the hint question with the same answer you provided
during the registration process.
Your password hint is not a "reminder" question,
and it does not have to be related in any logical way to your password, or even
be the "correct" answer to your question. Answering the hint question
with the answer you provided will cause your password to be sent to email you
had specified. Since anyone can request to be asked your hint question, choose
a question that only you will know the answer to.

User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's password and account, and for any and all activities, which occur under User's account or password.
When you login into the EC Track, on the left navigational
bar, you have the user maintenance option, you need to select this option.
